Trained their internal team on appointment setting so they could close as many leads as possible
Trained their content team to make sure their organic and visual strategy aligned with the true desires of their clients (based on data and real feedback)
Created systems around increasing their referrals and reviews
Worked on an automated mechanism to upsell new customers into full time members, making sure we get the maximum lifetime value out of them
Created a custom made tracking system to make sure all metrics in their client acquisition get improved over time
